We offer a range of high-quality homes for students and put the student experience at the heart of our business in order to deliver residents their best year yet.

We do this through a focus on student wellbeing and creating a sense of community in our sites through shared social and study spaces, free leisure facilities, gyms and a full programme of events.

We are one of the few providers to have staff and security teams on hand and on site around the clock. We have a strong development pipeline of over 4000 beds, 100% of which are located in Russell Group towns and cities.

We have circa 700 employees, covering a wide range of roles, including Operation Managers, Assistant Managers, Customer Service Advisors, Maintenance Technicians and a range of central support office functional roles.
